Very impressed with the work Liam has carried out in our garden office and second time we have used him now with the first being in 2020 for plastering our ceiling and doorway. Everything was explained during the walkover visit what the work would involve, timescales and how to deal with potential issues that may occur following plastering such as small cracks as small outdoor wooden structures will expand and contract with varying temperatures.
Liam has done and is doing a fair few plastering and rendering jobs for us on our Victorian terrace in Totterdown, including lime work. He’s not only a brilliantly skilled plasterer, but also very flexible and honest. He’s been happy to arrange things like scaffolding, work with plumbers and other trades, and always offers honest advice on what will solve the issue without pushing you towards more extensive work (unless neccessary). Would highly recommend!
I'm very pleased with Liam's work - he was quick to respond to my query and then visit for a quote. He did my living room ceiling today and I'm very happy with the quality of what he's done and how tidy he was when leaving. I will be using Liam again for future work.
We're so grateful to Liam for taking on our kitchen plastering job. He agreed to help us despite it being a really challenging room to plaster, due to the textured ceiling, uneven walls, and hard to reach corners. We made the mistake of installing the kitchen before plastering, and he was still willing to take on the job! Liam was very knowledgeable and talked to us about which materials he would use and how many layers it needed, in order to achieve the best finish. We thought it was very generous of Liam to share his approach and consult on the project in our first meeting, before we decided to go ahead. I learnt a lot! Liam and Chris are both really lovely guys and were respectful with the space. They went the extra mile to properly chase in cables and electrical boxes into the walls, for a smoother result. They both really care achieving a high standard finish, and we're so happy with the quality.
Well done and a huge Thank You to LAH Plastering for a wonderful renovation to the front aspect of our home. Liam, Chris and Peter did a render and cladding change that took a lot of care and precision to fit. Thanks again guys Joan and Mike.
