Outstanding service!! MPW answered a call from us promptly this week regarding a faulty boiler which needed replacing. Within the same day they arrived at my home, assessed the property, the boiler situation and presented me with a number of options to proceed. All advice provided was completely transparent and I felt that I made the right decision at the end of the consultation. Today, the team arrived promptly in the morning, conducted the necessary works and then left with no traces on completion. The engineers were very personable and I felt very comfortable having them in the home to perform the work. Hot water and central heating has been restored and is operating 1000% better than it ever did. Thank you very much MPW! Cannot recommend highly enough! MPW were excellent. They fitted a new boiler for us and juggled things around to get to us quickly as we had no heat in a cold snap. Their instructions were precise, easy to follow, and delivered with patience—something you rarely find these days. I called Matt at 10am on the recommendation of another plumber and he and Jack arrived around 1.30pm the same day. They immediately identified the problem and Matt clearly explained what action needed to be taken to remedy it and how much it would cost. They updated me regularly over the course of carrying out the work, including when this extended into a second room and more floorboards than anticipated had to be removed. This was done with great care and minimal damage. MPW were friendly, efficient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.
