Went to the cafe in Longwell Green for lunch today with my family. Accidentally spilt the tray of drinks all over the table and floor. Megan and Sophie and another lady immediately came over and cleared everything up for us and even replaced our drinks for us despite it being our fault. All the staff at this cafe are great but these ladies today were so kind and helpful. Please pass on our thanks to them for their help today
I'm strangely surprised to say that the m&s cafe is great. The coffee is good and the food is fresh and quick. Yes, sometimes they sell out of options but I suppose that happens everywhere. It's no fuss, but good quality. Sometimes it's crazy busy, but when it's not it's an easy place to stop while running errands.
AMAZING service from our barista poppy. She made sure everyones drinks were displayed amazingly and tasted GORGEOUS! Her customer service made our day and experience. The only flaw was that the room was so hot that i literally almost collapsed. The food was great but what made it was the iced hazelnut oat latte and the americano being so hot and fresh. This was in long-well green.
I don't very often go to the M&S cafe because I thought it would be overpriced but I was pleasantly surprised when a slice of cake and a cup of tea came to approx £5. The service was really good. I was feeding the baby at the till and the lady offered to bring my drink and cake over. A chap brought it over in the end but he was very thoughtful and got me some sugar too! Will definitely be returning.
Nice food, and friendly staff. But a lot of food options were out of stock on a Sunday at 2pm
