I spoke to Charlotte and Kelly at the office several times for quotes and to arrange the work, they were lovely and so helpful every time. On the day of the job I had David and Alfie to do the work. They were great, so efficient in their work plus friendly and professional. I have 2 little home cats so was a bit worried about them escaping onto the busy road while the doors were open but both David and Alfie were careful and mindful about my fluffy friends so extra huge thanks for that. MPW were excellent. I contacted them about quoting for a new boiler and an engineer attended the same day. Had a boiler emergency on Tuesday, called MPW. Had a chap within an hour looking at boiler. I expected to get a new one but waited until this one packed up first. Danny confirmed what I thought and we agreed on a conversion from system to combi. I received a quote within ten minutes and my boiler was installed two days later. Dave and Alfie turned up on time, and worked through the day to get me up and running. Danny, Dave and Alfie were incredibly professional and friendly, answered all my questions and did a perfect job. They also sent a roofer, again very professional, and did his job despite a very awkward neighbour. These are the best plumbers I have ever used. Photos are before and after, and as can be seen, everything was in a complete mess when they arrived, and now it’s lovely and tidy. The boss called me after to check I was happy and inform me that he was processing all the paperwork. Office staff are also very pleasant, professional and friendly. An excellent experience :)
I had an issue with my boiler, and had a local business come out to take a look. They found the issue but didn't have the part, so told me they would give me a quote for the fix but that it might be a bigger issue and I should consider replacing the boiler. I called MPW because they're a Viessman specialist, and they came out to look at it within a couple of hours, solved the problem and highlighted a couple of things that need fixing but should get my boiler back to good condition again. Top notch service, reasonably priced - wish I'd gone to them first!
