I had a couple of fireplaces removed and needed the open fireplaces boarded and plastered. Tom was recommended to me by the fireplace removal chap. Tom was responsive, helpful and friendly throughout, good value and great end result. I would happily use Tom again in future for more jobs and recommend to friends and family, thanks Tom.
In 2007 I removed a few unnecessary doors in our little flat… and finally in 2025 I got Tom to remove the door frames and plaster where they had been! It’s completely transformed our place and we are absolutely delighted. As soon as Tom arrived he put cellophane down on the floors and kept dust to a minimum, which we really appreciated. He worked really hard, paid close attention to detail, and just made it feel like it mattered as much to him as it does to us. Brilliant. Also I will just mention that we’ve been unfortunate in the past by choosing a chap who just talked and talked and made us feel exhausted, whereas Tom is very intuitive and won’t chit chat beyond what is reasonable. So if your time is precious then you’ll appreciate Tom. He’s a totally trustworthy man and we’re now looking around and wondering what else needs plastering! 😆 Thanks very much Tom!
Tom is a brilliant guy, skim coated all the ceilings in my house and some walls while being attentive to fine details. We are happy with the workmanship he has produced and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plastering work.
Tom has done both exterior rendering and interior plastering for us. He is very hardworking and leaves everything clean and tidy once he has finished for the day. I would definitely recommend Tom, his prices were also highly competitive.
This is the 3rd time i have had tom in to do some work. Previously he has done a complete replaster of my hallways and bedroom. This time was a replaster of the bathroom. On all 3 occasions tom has provided a great service and been very flexible with time constraints, completing the jobs in an efficient manner, whilst not compromising on a professional looking finish.
